SECRILAM COLOR (Secrilam printed, Secrilam zaphir) Special laminated glass high-end, focusing particularly on campuses that require high security (army tank, armored car, bunkers ,...).
SECRILAM COLOR is a safety glass consists of two or more moons intimately bound by interposition of layers of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) or methyl acrylate fluids. These materials have been chosen for their outstanding qualities of strength, adhesion and elasticity.
Prior to assembly, such glazing is subjected to a coloring process using glazes. Through this process can incorporate all the standard colors or letters Pantoneâ sparse, giving the final product a completely opaque finish, if that were possible, in the color chosen by the customer.
The colors are limited to transparent colors and can be obtained as follows: green, blue, white, gray, red, purple and yellow, all with the possibility of different intensities.
Butiral-glass adhesion is obtained by heat treatment and pressure. The product has the same transparency that any glass thickness.
When broken glass pieces stick to the intercalary material, remaining within the framework set, providing security and preventing people from entering through it.
Physical Propesties
| Acoustic: | Secrilam is an excellent acoustic insulation, especially at frequencies above 800 Hz for the high frequency region noise attenuation rate is better than a monolithic glass of identical thickness |
| Thermal: | The heat transfer coefficient is similar to a monolithic glass of equal thickness. |
| Mechanicals: | The values of bending strength, tensile and compression will vary depending on the components and the number of leaves, as a whole does not behave as a monolithic moon the same thickness. |
